To confirm your reservation, a credit card is required to secure your seat. Please note that a $75 per person fee will be charged for any no-shows or last-minute cancellations.(Required)

I hereby acknowledge and agree to be responsible for the payment of the $75 cancellation fee per person in the event that I, or any guest accompanying me, cancel or fail to show up.

In the event of cancellation, provided that notice is given with sufficient advance notice, Chef Greg reserves the discretion to waive the cancellation fee at his sole and absolute discretion.
