Strawberry milk. Chef Greg’s Way. It’s a delicious refreshing treat that’s not too sweet and easy to make. You can make it dairy free or substitute the sugar with honey or maple syrup for an even healthier drink.
🍓 Strawberry Milk (Makes 2 Quarts)
Ingredients | Instructions |

Fresh Strawberries (1 pint, ripe, hulled and sliced) | Toss sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour to macerate and release juices. |
Granulated Sugar (3 oz superfine) Dehydrated Strawberries (3 oz, pure organic) Vanilla Bean Paste (1 tsp) | Add macerated strawberries (with juice), dehydrated strawberries, and vanilla bean paste to a blender. |
Half & Half or Milk of Choice (1 quart, divided) | Add half the milk to the blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Add remaining milk, blend briefly, and serve or chill. |
🔁 Options
- Use maple syrup or honey instead of sugar.
- Sub with nut milk or whole milk—it’ll be a bit thinner.
- Blend with ice cream instead of milk for a strawberry shake.
