• Lamb patties • Olive or avocado oil | 4. Cooking: Place into oil and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towel. |
• Fresh lemon wedges • Tzatziki sauce | 5. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve with tzatziki sauce. |

Directions:
- Mix the lamb, salt, pepper, eggs, parmesan, breadcrumbs, mint, parsley, garlic and onions together well in a cold bowl.
